computer components of configuring individual programs
according to the preferences of the customer. Our goal is to
eliminate any possible confusion or difficulties our customers
might have with their equipment.
Regardless of whether our customers are located in
apartments, homes, or small business environments, we are
prepared to set up each client’s computer(s) in an efficient and
ergonomic manner.
Our technicians are trained to set up computers and additional
devices (i.e. printers, scanners, etc) install the operating system
and programs the customer uses, and customize the
applications and appearance of the computer to make for a
more comfortable and efficient work space.
Troubleshooting and Repair
Allow us to make the hassle and frustration out of working with
computers. We first diagnose whether a problem is hardware or
software related and then inform the customers as to what
steps will need to be taken in the repair process. Our
technicians will give an estimated time for repair and either fix
the computer on-site or take it with them for off-site repairs
depending on the specific problem and preference of the
